- Aug 23, 2018 -

1 gauge presser foot

The gauge presser foot can set the position of the flange according to the size of the seam to be sewn, so that the fabric is fed along the edge of the file to ensure the accuracy of the stitch and the seam.

2 crimping foot

The crimping foot is suitable for sewing the narrower bead of the thin material. Such curling is very common in summer women's wear and children's wear, and it is difficult, poor quality and low efficiency without sewing with this presser foot or special pull cylinder.

3 invisible zipper presser foot

When the invisible zipper is installed, the zipper teeth can be loaded into the guiding groove by using the presser foot, and the sewing thread is closely attached to the invisible zipper to ensure the sewing quality of the invisible zipper and reduce the sewing difficulty.

4 Tucker presser foot

Tucker presser foot can sew out the regular and beautiful Tucker pleats, which are generally used for thin blouses and skirts.

5 stitch beads presser foot

It can be used to place beads, beads and strings with a diameter of less than 4mm. It can also be used for sewing edge trims on thick fabric edges. There are many types of presser feet for different purposes. In addition to the above-mentioned several types, there are commonly used high and low pressure feet, roller presser feet, quilting presser feet, piping presser feet, etc., which need to be selected according to the needs and fabric types. When the presser foot is replaced, the pressure of the presser foot should be adjusted according to the thickness of the fabric to better match the sewing. The table below shows the presser foot pressure for different fabric types.

The pressure adjustment of the presser foot is determined by the pressure adjustment screw on the sewing machine head. The following figure shows the pressure adjustment data of the heavy machine sewing machine. According to the type and thickness of the fabric, adjust to the appropriate pressure to ensure that the presser foot can stabilize the fabric when the fabric is sewn, and can be evenly delivered when feeding, and no traces of the presser foot and the teeth of the feed tooth are left on the front and back of the fabric.
